Cadx Announces International Distributors

Cadx Medical Systems (Montreal, Canada) has announced its international distributor network for Second Look, a computerized screening tool designed to identify suspicious microcalcifications and masses on a mammogram film. The Second Look system is expected to aid radiologists in the early detection of breast cancer by providing a computerized second look that draws their attention to suspicious areas.

The newly signed distributors and their territories are as follows: Italy, Metaltronica S.r.l.; Portugal, Telemed; United Kingdom and Ireland, Medical Imaging Systems; Germany, Medicor Medical Supplies GmbH; France, CG Medical; Belgium and Luxemburg, V.H. Service; Spain, Emsor Co.; Australia and New Zealand, Shimadzu Medical Systems; Poland, Timko Co., Ltd.; South Korea, Gold Mountain Medical Systems; Singapore and Malaysia, Totak Medical Systems Pte.

Our new partnerships position Cadx for continued growth around the world and allow us to offer customers unparalleled technical support, said Jim Corbett, vice president of commercial operations for Cadx. The company is planning to add more international distributors as demand for Second Look grows.
